I used to be a kid. And I went to lots of schools.

Then I was the CEO of two respected kid product companies. And I traveled. A lot.

More recently

As I traveled the world I became more and more interested in good play for kids. And in the role of grownups in making sure good play happens.

I began to observe that grandparents often have a vital role in how kids grow up — and I saw that most organizations aren’t particularly focused on the implications of their grandparent opportunity.


Now I study and speak and write about the intersection of kids, grandparents, and the business organizations that serve them.
